• Developing spa menu as per the demographic profile of the market
• Development of spa packages, body rituals and spa journeys
• Spa product line selection and sourcing.
• Pricing of spa therapies, spa packages and memberships in consultation with the client

5. Staffing
• Develop Employee handbooks and procedure manuals including review and performance criteria
• Recruit, interview, select, train and place all key personnel
• Implement philosophy of “aggressive hospitality” for customer care
• Execute and implement effective training procedures
• Sales support and assistance provided
• Establish quality standards of performance and productivity
• Develop complete job descriptions

6. Spa Marketing assistance
• Develop a viable marketing plan including ancillary revenue sources
• Assist in designing all collateral materials for fitness center and spa including retail
• Website development support in terms of technical information
• Assisting the agency in branding, logo designing, stationary development, and guest disclaimers
