RESERVATION

Our team from Balispa.net will serve on reservation as per our client needs in easier and faster way. Reservation can be done by email, telephone and fax.

Reservation will be processed further through the on line voucher after guarantee payment got from the customer.

PAYMENT TERMS

Guarantee payment of credit card details will be required for the payment, and to be charged once the customers do treatment as per reservation.

Cash payment will be available one day before treatment, and it can be processed if there is guarantee payment via credit card.

Special for resort order, we need credit card details as a guarantee payment minimum 7 (seven) days before check in at the low season and 14 (fourteen) days before check in at high season.


CANCELLATION

Spa Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be done and cancellation fee will be bear to the customers, as follows:

2 (two) days before treatment will not be charged any fee.
1 (one) day before treatment will be charged 10% from the total order
If cancellation occurs while treatments will be charged 100% from the total order.

Resort Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be done and cancellation fee will be bear to the customers, as follows:

High season 14 (fourteen) days before arrival, and low season 7 (seven) days before arrival will be charged 50% from the total order.
High season 7 (seven) days before arrival, and low season 3 (three) days before arrival will be charged 70% from the total order.
If cancellation occurs while check in will be charged 100% from the total order.
